Gulfco ZA series are premium quality heavy-duty ash-free oils specially developed for lubrication of high performance gas engines requiring “ashless” oil. These oils are formulated from carefully selected base stocks and additive system to provide excellent engine cleanliness, thermo-oxidative stability and protection against wear, scuffing and corrosion of engine components. The advanced additive technology of this oil is very effective in controlling carbon and ash deposits in combustion chamber and on exhaust and intake ports. These oils are available in three viscosity grades viz. SAE 30, SAE 40 and SAE 15W-40.

Gulfco LA 40 is specially designed to meet the requirements of the newer lean-burn engines operating under heavy loads and sensitive to valve recession. Gulfco LA 40 is formulated with carefully selected additive system to provide superior overall engine protection and reduced levels of combustion chamber deposits. Their outstanding detergency and dispersancy properties minimize ash formation and high resistance to oxidation and nitration makes Gulfco LA 40 an excellent choice in engines operating under high load and high temperature conditions. Gulfco LA 40 exceeds the performance requirements of API CF, Waukesha Cogeneration and Dresser Rand category III standards and is also available in SAE 30.
Gulfco MA 40 is a high performance gas engine oil intended for use in highly-rated four-cycle spark ignited and “dual fuel” natural gas engines requiring “medium ash” oil or where “sour gas” is in use. Gulfco MA 40 is specially developed to meet the requirements of the newer lean-burn engines and also to protect against wear and acid attack from the acidic materials generated during combustion. Gulfco MA 40 is formulated from specially selected balanced package of additives to provide medium ash, high TBN and low levels of phosphorus and zinc. The exceptional reserve alkalinity offsets the negative effects of corrosive materials on engine components and prevents corrosive wear in cylinders, valves and bearings resulting in longer engine life and lower maintenance costs. Gulfco MA 40 exceeds the performance requirements of API CF and is also available in SAE 30.
